Ghost is a murder mystery/love story starring Patrick Swayze as Sam Wheat and Demi Moore as Molly Jensen. Sam is a banker who is murdered during a mugging gone wrong. He finds himself stuck in between heaven and hell as a ghost. While he investigates his murder, he discovers that it was not simply a mugging gone wrong, but rather that he was the target of a hired assassin! He seeks help from a woman running a fraudulent palm reading store. The psychic (Whoopi Goldberg) is amazed to find that she actually does have psychic powers. With her help, Wheat further investigates the situation surrounding his death, brings his killer to justice, and says goodbye to his wife.
